The EWRB Reporting Lead is the person who will receive EWRB emails for each of the buildings which the corporations owns. This form allows you to update the contact information for that person. The contact information will be updated and automatically applied as the EWRB lead for any other buildings which this corporation owns.

This supplemental schedule for capital tax should be completed by corporations that are associated with a Canadian or foreign corporation, if there is insufficient space on the CT23 Corporations Tax and Annual Return.
