This licence is required for individuals to keep, propagate, buy and sell game birds in captivity for the purposes of supporting hunting (e.g., game bird hunting preserves, train and trial, municipal programs) or for personal consumption. Game birds kept under this licence cannot be released without additional authorization. Applicants must submit a complete licence application indicating which species of game birds they are seeking authorization to keep before acquiring any birds.

Pre-Apprenticeship Training Program 2025-2026 Call for Proposals Application Guide Paragraph: Applicants interested in applying for the Pre-Apprenticeship Training Program are to review the Application Guide. The purpose of the guide is to provide interested parties with background information on the program objectives, eligibility requirements for applications, eligible expenses and performance measurement. Beginning October 20, 2025 organizations can begin to apply for funding through Transfer Payment Ontario (TPON).

You can submit a request if you wish to: • access general records held by institutions (for example, Ontario government ministries, colleges, universities, agencies, municipalities) • request your own personal information • correct your personal information • access another individual’s personal information (with appropriate authorization or consent of the individual)

Seniors Active Living Centre (SALC) programs promote wellness, social interaction, and education to help seniors stay active, independent, and engaged. Ontario is expanding the SALC Program in 2024-25 and inviting organizations to submit proposals to launch a new SALC program. The Lincoln M. Alexander Award commemorates the legacy of Ontario’s 24th Lieutenant Governor by recognizing three young people who have shown strong leadership in eliminating racial discrimination. Prior to beginning alterations to an existing dairy plant, an "Application for a Permit to Construct or Alter a Building Intended for Use as a Dairy Plant - for Existing Licensed Plants" must be completed and submitted and approved by the Director. This application must demonstrate, through drawings and other information as necessary, that the alterations to the plant will meet the regulatory requirements under the Milk Act (Ontario). In some cases an “Application for an Amended Licence for the Operation of a Dairy Plant” may also be required.

Prior to beginning construction of a new dairy plant an "Application for a Permit to Construct or Alter a Building Intended for Use as a Dairy Plant – for New Applicants" must be completed and submitted and approved by the Director. This application must demonstrate, through drawings and other information as necessary, that the plant will be built to meet the regulatory requirements under the Milk Act (Ontario). An “Application for a Licence for the Operation of a Plant” must also be submitted with this permit application.

A new licence is required prior to beginning the operations of a dairy plant including: When a facility is being licensed for the first time. When an existing licensed plant is transferred to a new owner (transfer of ownership) An "Application for a Permit to Construct or Alter a Building Intended for Use as a Dairy Plant – For New Applicants" must be submitted at the same time as an “Application for a Licence for the Operation of a Plant”. Note, the licence will not be issued until the plant is complete and the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (OMAFRA) has confirmed, through inspection, that it meets all applicable regulations under the Milk Act (Ontario).
