Organizations obligated to report their compliance under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), 2005, including the Ontario Public Service, the Ontario Legislative Assembly, and designated public sector organizations, and businesses and non-profit organizations are required to complete and submit their Accessibility Compliance Report through the Accessibility Compliance Reporting Portal.
The portal allows organizations to:
• Submit an accessibility compliance report or update their organization profile,
• Access saved drafts, and
• Review previously submitted reports and updates.
