Disaster Recovery Assistance for Ontarians (DRAO) is a program that can help you recover costs after a sudden, unexpected natural event, such as a flood or tornado that causes costly and widespread damage in your area. This application form is for eligible small businesses, farms and not-for profit organizations that have been impacted by a natural disaster and are located within the defined geographical area where the program has been activated.
This is the form that is prescribed as Form 2 under Ontario Regulation 181/03 made under the Municipal Act, 2001 (as that Regulation reads on or after January 1, 2018).
This is the form that is prescribed as Form 3 under Ontario Regulation 579/06 made under the City of Toronto Act, 2006 (as that Regulation reads on or after January 1, 2018).
