Asbestos Work ReportThis form is used by employers of workers in Type 2 or Type 3 asbestos operations. The form must be completed for each such worker at least once in each 12-month period and immediately on the termination of the employment of the worker. The form is submitted to the Provincial Physician at the Ministry of Labour. A copy of the completed form is given to the worker, and a copy is retained by the employer. Accessibility Compliance Reporting PortalOrganizations obligated to report their compliance under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), 2005, including the Ontario Public Service, the Ontario Legislative Assembly, and designated public sector organizations, are required to complete and submit their Accessibility Compliance Report through the Accessibility Compliance Reporting Portal. The portal allows organizations to: • Submit an accessibility compliance report or update their organization profile, • Access saved drafts, and • Review previously submitted reports and updates.
