This is the application for a licence or renewal of a licence to place children for adoption issued by a Director under the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017 (this person is generally the Coordinator of the ministry's Private and International Adoption Unit).
In general, you can keep a dead wild animal or bird you have found or been given. In some cases, you need to register that you have a dead wild animal in order to keep it. Registering for a Notice of Possession allows you to keep the dead wild animal for personal use. You must keep the confirmation of registration you receive for as long as the animal is in your possession.

There is a reporting requirement for activities carried out under a Licence to Collect fish for Scientific Purpose. This form is an electronic version of the mandatory report. The specific regulation requiring this report reads: O. Reg. 664-98 34.1 & O. Reg. 261/05, s. 9.
