This guide provides information on the EDG for applicants and funding recipients. This Application Guide is valid for the 2021-22 fiscal year. The guide describes the application process as well as project management requirements of the EDG and provides specific information on eligibility criteria and eligible activities. All applications will be assessed, evaluated and approved using requirements outlined in this application guide.

The Ministry of the Attorney General is pleased to announce that the 2021-22 Civil Remedies Grant Program application process is now open. This form is a residential tenancy agreement (standard lease). Landlords of most private residential rental units must use this form (standard lease) when they enter into a tenancy with a tenant. Until February 28, 2021, a landlord and tenant may use either the old or updated version of the standard lease for their tenancy agreement. For most residential tenancies, new agreements signed on or after March 1, 2021 must use the updated standard lease, dated December, 2020.

This licence is required for individuals to keep, propagate, buy and sell game birds in captivity for the purposes of supporting hunting (e.g., game bird hunting preserves, train and trial, municipal programs) or for personal consumption. Game birds kept under this licence cannot be released without additional authorization. Applicants must submit a complete licence application indicating which species of game birds they are seeking authorization to keep before acquiring any birds.
