The Employment Ontario Employer Registration form is used to register employers in the following programs: Employment Service (ES); Youth Job Connection (YJC); Supported Employment (SE); Skills Advance Ontario (SAO); Ontario Bridge Training Program (OBTP).
Each constructor and employer engaged in a construction project in Ontario must complete this registration form. This form must be at the project while the employer is working there.
