The Road Safety Community Partnership Program provides funding to a network of provincial and regional non-profit organizations with road safety mandates. The program supports public awareness initiatives that address priority issues such as, aggressive driving, pedestrian safety, distracted driving, impaired driving, and cycling safety. This Guide outlines the details of funding, eligibility criteria and the application process.

Requirement under section 16 of the Education Act for private schools to submit a notice of intention to operate annually to the Ministry of Education by September 1. The Service Description Schedule is part of the Transfer Payment Agreement between His Majesty the King in right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Health (“the Province”) and the Transfer Payment Recipient. The Transfer Payment Recipient will deliver the programs and services in accordance with the requirements as outlined in this Service Description Schedule document in addition to all conditions and requirements within the Transfer Payment Agreement.
Under section 2. (1) of O. Reg. 463/24, a person applying for a recovery permit under subsection 152.1 (1) of the Mining Act shall submit an application to the Minister in the approved form. The minimum content requirements for applications are set out in subsection 152.1 (3) of the Act and reflected in this application form.
