To file articles of reorganization of an Ontario not-for-profit corporation under the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 (ONCA).

To transfer an Ontario not-for-profit corporation out of the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 (ONCA).

To voluntarily dissolve an active Ontario co-operative corporation that has commenced business, issued shares, received membership loans or fees or it has been two years or more since the date of incorporation.

To incorporate an Ontario not-for-profit corporation under the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 (ONCA).

To amalgamate two or more active Ontario co-operative corporations who wish to form one new Ontario co-operative corporation.

Ontario's Consumer Protection Act requires this to be the first page of any door-to-door contract for an unsafe or recalled water heater.

To cancel the declaration of an Ontario or Extra-Provincial limited partnership under the Limited Partnerships Act (LPA).

To renew the declaration of an Ontario or Extra-Provincial limited partnership under the Limited Partnerships Act (LPA).

To transfer an Ontario corporation out of the Corporations Act to another jurisdiction.

To amalgamate two or more active Ontario corporations incorporated under the Corporations Act that have the same or similar objects in order that they may continue as one corporation.
