Under Section 26 of the Forfeited Corporate Property Act, 2015, the Minister of Government and Consumer Services may dispose of forfeited corporate property by restoring or transferring it to an applicant who satisfies the Minister that the applicant has a legal or moral claim to the property based on facts that arose prior to the property becoming forfeited corporate property.

Organizations obligated to report their compliance under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), 2005, including the Ontario Public Service, the Ontario Legislative Assembly, and designated public sector organizations, are required to complete and submit their Accessibility Compliance Report through the Accessibility Compliance Reporting Portal. The portal allows organizations to: • Submit an accessibility compliance report or update their organization profile, • Access saved drafts, and • Review previously submitted reports and updates. You can submit a request if you wish to: • access general records held by institutions (for example, Ontario government ministries, colleges, universities, agencies, municipalities) • request your own personal information • correct your personal information • access another individual’s personal information (with appropriate authorization or consent of the individual)

The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act, 1997, and O.Reg. 668/98 (Wildlife in Captivity) requires that a person who keeps specially protected raptors or non-indigenous falconry birds in captivity keep a log book. Log books must be updated within 24 hours of any business transaction or event, or as soon as reasonably possible. Log book records need to be kept for five years and must be accurate.
