Persons may apply for a Wildlife Scientific Collector’s Authorization to capture, kill, temporarily possess, and/or release wildlife for educational or scientific purposes. Registering for a Notice of Possession allows you to keep the dead wild animal for personal use. You must keep the confirmation of registration you receive for as long as the animal is in your possession. Submission Requirements: This form is to be used to register: Possession of a carcass or part of a carcass for certain wildlife species regulated under the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act, 1997.
