The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act, 1997, prohibits the sale/purchase of game wildlife or specially protected wildlife, including pelts, except under the authority of a licence and in accordance with the regulations. Under the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014 a person who has been issued a Notice of Administrative Penalty may request a review of the notice in a form approved by the Minister. The authority to approve these forms has been delegated to the Director of Child Care Branch.

The purpose of the form is to assist in the collection of compensation information from designated employers under the Broader Public Sector Executive Compensation Act, 2014 (the Act). Before installing or using an X-ray source in the workplace, employers must register with the Radiation Protection Service (RPS).
