    The Aggregate Resources Act (ARA) requires all licence and permit holders to submit an annual Compliance Assessment Report to the ministry and municipalities. Regular assessment of compliance helps the licensee or permittee to stay familiar with what activities are permitted on their site. Enhanced compliance action will not be taken before the established deadline date for any contraventions disclosed in the report. All information in this report is available for public review.     A licence to Transport Live Fish is issued under authority of the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act and is required to transport live fish or live spawn, other than baitfish, that have been taken from Ontario waters.
