The Site Readiness Program Guide and the Site Readiness Application Sponsorship are part of the Site Readiness Application Form.

Complete this application form to prepare for a pre-application consultation and to formally apply to the Investment Ready Program. Forms will only be accepted during a application intake windows and when a consultation meeting has been completed.

The Regional Development Program - Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Competitiveness Stream supports business growth in the Advanced Manufacturing Sector in Ontario. The program supports businesses that are adopting innovative technologies; increasing competitiveness, productivity and growth; investing in new equipment to scale up; increasing exports and reshoring jobs and production.

The Regional Development Program takes a coordinated approach to supporting business growth in eastern and southwestern Ontario. The program supports eligible small- and medium-sized businesses investing in new equipment and training to expand operations in these regions, and also provides support to municipalities and not-for-profit organizations investing in economic development projects.

The objective of the Regional Development Program – Eastern Ontario Development Fund and Southwestern Ontario Development Fund is to provide financial assistance and incentives to support Eastern and Southwestern Ontario by helping municipalities, Indigenous Communities, economic development agencies, sector associations, and consortia.

To provide the relevant information regarding the Program Guidelines, application instructions and application to the public to apply to the Procurement and Investment Readiness Fund call for proposals.

Applicant uses this form to inform of changes in personal info, i.e. address change, name change, family change, etc.

The form is a business plan template, for Summer Company, a program of the Government of Ontario which provides mentoring and awards of up to $3000 to enterprising students between the ages of 15 and 29 years. All applicants must complete the business plan template as part of their application to the program.
