The Annual Hydro One Compensation Disclosure form, referenced by the regulation, specifies the disclosure format of executive compensation.

The EWRB Reporting Lead is the person who will receive EWRB emails for each of the buildings which the corporations owns. This form allows you to update the contact information for that person. The contact information will be updated and automatically applied as the EWRB lead for any other buildings which this corporation owns.
