A well licence issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (MNRF) is required to drill, operate, deepen, alter or enter a well, or engage in any activity on or in a well. A complete Application for a Well Licence form must be submitted for review by the ministry, and the Minister may grant a licence.

The Lincoln M. Alexander Award commemorates the legacy of Ontario’s 24th Lieutenant Governor by recognizing three young people who have shown strong leadership in eliminating racial discrimination. Two recipients in the Student category and one recipient in the Community category will each receive a $5,000 cash award.
The Hilary M. Weston Scholarship commemorates the legacy of Ontario’s 26th Lieutenant Governor and is awarded to two graduate-level social work students who specialize in the area of mental health. Successful applicants each receive a one-time award of $7,500.
The Offset Initiative Registration Application is to be used by sponsors, such as individuals or entities, who wish to register or re-register a single offset initiative pursuant to Ontario Regulation 539/17, Ontario Offset Credits. The purpose of this Avoidance Alternatives Form (AAF) is to assist the proponent with considering alternatives that would not adversely affect protected species or habitat(s). The Ministry of the Attorney General is pleased to announce that the 2021-22 Civil Remedies Grant Program application process is now open. The Program provides one-time funding of up to $100,000 per project (up to $200,000 per applicant organization) and will focus on the following priority crime types and population groups: Indigenous communities; Children and youth; Intimate partner and family violence; Gun and gang violence; and Rural/remote communities.

The Small Drinking Water System Identification form is to be used by owners of small drinking water systems to notify in writing the medical officer of health in the health unit where their system is located before supplying drinking water to users of the system following construction or alteration of the small drinking water system or following a shut-down of the system that lasts longer than seven days.
