The Service Description Schedule is part of the Transfer Payment Agreement between His Majesty the King in right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Health (“the Province”) and the Transfer Payment Recipient. Section 26 of the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act, 1997 (FWCA) prohibits a person from using a dog to chase live game mammals or game birds during the closed hunting season for the purpose of teaching the dog hunting skills (training) or testing the dog’s hunting skills (field trial) unless the person has the authorization of the Minister.
