The Enhancing Access to Spaces for Everyone (EASE) Grant provides funding for small capital projects that improve accessibility in Ontario communities for people with disabilities and older adults. This document provides information, direction, and guidance to municipalities, Indigenous governing bodies and not-for-profit organizations interested in applying to the EASE Grant.
This form is used to perform one or more of the following tasks within Employment Ontario Information System - Apprenticeship (EOIS-APPR):
• associating existing Employer Subscriber to a newly approved modular program
• associating existing Employer Subscriber to existing modular program
• activating existing Employer Subscriber with an Inactive modular program status
