This medal recognizes police officers for individual acts of outstanding courage. Disaster Recovery Assistance for Ontarians (DRAO) is a program that can help you recover costs after a sudden, unexpected natural event, such as a flood or tornado that causes costly and widespread damage in your area. This application form is for eligible homeowners and tenants whose primary residence has been impacted by a natural disaster and who are located within the defined geographical area where the program has been activated.

The Ministry of the Attorney General is pleased to announce that the 2021-22 Civil Remedies Grant Program application process is now open. The Program provides one-time funding of up to $100,000 per project (up to $200,000 per applicant organization) and will focus on the following priority crime types and population groups: Indigenous communities; Children and youth; Intimate partner and family violence; Gun and gang violence; and Rural/remote communities.

This form is used by employers of workers in Type 2 or Type 3 asbestos operations. The form must be completed for each such worker at least once in each 12-month period and immediately on the termination of the employment of the worker. The Small Drinking Water System Identification form is to be used by owners of small drinking water systems to notify in writing the medical officer of health in the health unit where their system is located before supplying drinking water to users of the system following construction or alteration of the small drinking water system or following a shut-down of the system that lasts longer than seven days.
