When the holder of a mining lease, mining licence of occupation or patented mining lands needs other surface rights for the purpose of mining, such as infrastructure buildings or tailings ponds, the client must submit this application form.
The Aggregate Resources Act (ARA) requires all licence and permit holders to submit an annual Compliance Assessment Report to the ministry and municipalities. Regular assessment of compliance helps the licensee or permittee to stay familiar with what activities are permitted on their site.
Enhanced compliance action will not be taken before the established deadline date for any contraventions disclosed in the report. All information in this report is available for public review.

This SAO Training Placement Agreement must be completed by the individual (the “Participant”) participating in the job placement (the “Training Placement”), the employer providing the training placement (the “Employer”), and the transfer payment recipient overseeing the Training Placement (the “Service Provider”).
