Establishing a Barrie Regional Innovation Centre Call for Proposals Submission Guidelines is to add a new RIC Program in Barrie, ON. Ontario’s Regional Innovation Centres (RICs) program includes a network of 16 non-profit organizations. Since the launch of the RICs program in 2010, these non-profit organizations have been dedicated to supporting regional development by helping innovative businesses start and grow.

An application is required to make changes to the species of milk used, type of plant, milk class or subclass at a licenced dairy plant receiving cow milk. Details of these changes are provided in Regulation 761, s.96(2) under the Milk Act (Ontario). If these changes require alterations or modifications to a plant you must also submit an “Application for a Permit to Construct or Alter a Building Intended for use as a Dairy Plant - For Existing Applicants”.

In accordance with the Drinking Water Systems Regulation (O. Reg 170/03), Schedule 15.1, the following drinking water systems are required to take plumbing and distribution samples and to have the samples tested for Lead by a licensed laboratory: • Large Municipal residential systems • Small Municipal residential systems • Non-municipal year round residential systems.

Amendments to Regulation 854 for Mines and Mining Plants made under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, which came into effect on January 1, 2012, included changes to the medical certificate prescribed under section 238 of the regulation. The requirement to submit a Notice of Point of Entry Disclosure for Your Drinking Water Users applies to every Drinking Water System that uses Point of Entry Treatment in accordance with Schedule 3 of O. Reg. 170/03 and belongs to one of the following categories of Drinking Water Systems: • Small Municipal Residential and Non-municipal Year Round Residential systems that serve fewer than 101 private residences.

The Ministry of the Attorney General is pleased to announce that the 2021-22 Civil Remedies Grant Program application process is now open. A registration is needed if you wish to operate a research, teaching, or testing facility in Ontario. This is required if your premises uses animals in research, teaching or testing and your premises are used for collecting, assembling, or maintaining of animals in connection with a research facility under R.S.O. 1990, c. A.22, s. 4. Please complete this application for registration of a research/teaching/testing facility in full, as per section 4 of the Animals for Research Act. The Director appointed under the Animals for Research Act will approve applications for registrations in accordance with the requirements of the Act. A registration expires on the 31st day of December of the year in which registration is made. Registration must be renewed annually. If an application includes more than one research, teaching or testing facility, details must be provided for each facility in the application, and payment of fees are required.
