To order a carrier abstract
This form is used by eligible shortline railway corporations to apply for a Certificate of Eligibility for the Ontario Shortline Railway Investment Tax Credit (OSRITC).
The Annual or Semi-Annual Inspection Declaration is used for:
1) Pick-up trucks and trailers with a registered gross weight over 4,500 kilograms and used for personal use only, or
2) Buses used for personal purposes with a gross vehicle weight rating not over 4,500 kilograms.
