Compliance Assessment Report Aggregate Resources Act (Licences and Permits)The Compliance Assessment Report is an annual reporting requirement under sections 15.1 and 40.1 of the Aggregate Resources Act. Aggregate permit and licence holders are required to submit the form annually to the ministry to report on compliance with the Act, the regulation, their site plan, and the conditions in their approved permit or licence.
