Organizations obligated to report their compliance under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), 2005, including the Ontario Public Service, the Ontario Legislative Assembly, and designated public sector organizations, are required to complete and submit their Accessibility Compliance Report through the Accessibility Compliance Reporting Portal.
The portal allows organizations to:
• Submit an accessibility compliance report or update their organization profile,
• Access saved drafts, and
• Review previously submitted reports and updates.
Accessibility compliance reporting for businesses and non-profit organizations will be available through the portal starting in 2026.

The Service Description Schedule is part of the Transfer Payment Agreement between His Majesty the King in right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Health (“the Province”) and the Transfer Payment Recipient. Reg. 170/03 and belongs to one of the following categories of Drinking Water Systems: • Small Municipal Residential and Non-municipal Year Round Residential systems that serve fewer than 101 private residences.
The Civil Remedies Grant Program provides one-time funding of up to $200,000 per project (up to $400,000 per applicant organization) and will focus on the following priority crime types and population groups: Indigenous communities; Children and youth; Seniors; Intimate partner and family violence; Human Trafficking; Gun and gang violence; Hate Crimes; Rural/remote communities.
