Falconry Sponsor Information and CertificationIndividuals interested in applying for an Apprentice Falconry Licence must arrange to be sponsored by a holder of a General Falconry Licence or Commercial Falconry Licence who has a least five years’ experience as a trainer, hunter, keeper and handler with raptors. The “Certification of Sponsorship” portion of this form must be completed by the applicant’s sponsor and submitted to the MNR as part of the application for an Apprentice Falconry Licence. Upon completion of the apprenticeship, the “Certificate of Apprenticeship” portion of this form can be completed by the Apprentice Falconry Licence holder’s sponsor.
