Organizations obligated to report their compliance under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), 2005, including the Ontario Public Service, the Ontario Legislative Assembly, and designated public sector organizations, and businesses and non-profit organizations are required to complete and submit their Accessibility Compliance Report through the Accessibility Compliance Reporting Portal.
The portal allows organizations to:
• Submit an accessibility compliance report or update their organization profile,
• Access saved drafts, and
• Review previously submitted reports and updates.
A letter of credit is a formal written promise made by a financial institution to pay money to a third party. In the context of applications for review under the Digital Platform Workers’ Rights Act, 2022, letters of credit can be submitted to the Director of Digital Platform Work in trust.

Through the Connecting Links Program, the Province of Ontario is investing $30 million in 2022 - 2023 for the construction and repair of roads and bridges on connecting links. Connecting links are municipal roads designated under the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act.
