This form must be completed by Career Colleges that wish to apply for Designation or Re-Designation under the International Student Program (ISP) to enrol International Students in programs of study six (6) months in duration or longer on a Study Permit issued by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). This form must also be used by designated Career Colleges applying to add additional Campuses to their Designation.
