This guide is intended to support intermediaries to access and use the OBR Partner Portal on behalf of their respective business clients. In general, it provides information about accessing the Partner Portal, adding users, claiming authority of business profiles, and navigating its functions. This guide is not intended for fee-exempt users of the portal.
Licensees of Integrated Community Health Services Centres (ICHSCs) must submit an application and obtain written approval from the Director of Integrated Community Health Services Centres prior to a centre’s relocation. Should further CPRI services be required, regular CPRI intake processes apply and a full intake package must be submitted.

This form is for Well Technician Licence holders who wish to renew their licence, which expires on March 31 following the year of issue. A Well Technician Licence of the proper prescribed class(es) is required to work at the construction of wells. The objective of the Regional Development Program – Eastern Ontario Development Fund and Southwestern Ontario Development Fund is to provide financial assistance and incentives to support Eastern and Southwestern Ontario by helping municipalities, Indigenous Communities, economic development agencies, sector associations, and consortia.
The Regional Development Program takes a coordinated approach to supporting business growth in eastern and southwestern Ontario. The program supports eligible small- and medium-sized businesses investing in new equipment and training to expand operations in these regions, and also provides support to municipalities and not-for-profit organizations investing in economic development projects.
You may use this form to authorize the program administrator of the Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program to deal with another person (such as your spouse or common-law partner, other family member, friend, or accountant) as your representative for program matters. The same form can be used to cancel a previously-made authorization.
