The refund is available to the individual or business that purchased aviation fuel at a tax rate higher than the applicable aviation fuel tax rate for Northern Ontario. The purchase/sale of the aviation fuel was in the boundaries as designated as Northern Ontario. The amount refundable is the difference between the amount of tax paid on the aviation fuel and the tax applicable on aviation fuel in Northern Ontario.

Before installing or using an X-ray source in the workplace, employers must register with the Radiation Protection Services (RPS). To register, you must submit an application form along with the floor plan drawings indicating where the X-ray source will be located. RPS will review the submission and, once you have received confirmation of approval, you can install and use the X-ray source in the workplace.

A RIN is a unique 9-digit number identifying a business requesting registration of vehicles and/or plates with the Ministry. This form is a residential tenancy agreement (standard lease). Landlords of most private residential rental units must use this form (standard lease) when they enter into a tenancy with a tenant. Until February 28, 2021, a landlord and tenant may use either the old or updated version of the standard lease for their tenancy agreement. For most residential tenancies, new agreements signed on or after March 1, 2021 must use the updated standard lease, dated December, 2020.
