Ontario Regulation 903 under the Ontario Water Resources Act prescribes the licensing requirements and outlines the roles and responsibilities for individuals/businesses and activities associated with wells.
The Ministry of the Attorney General is pleased to announce that the 2021-22 Civil Remedies Grant Program application process is now open. The Management Plan is also required in court applications for the appointment of a guardian of property.
