The Offset Initiative Registration Application is to be used by sponsors, such as individuals or entities, who wish to register or re-register a single offset initiative pursuant to Ontario Regulation 539/17, Ontario Offset Credits. It is used to provide the Director of the Cap and Trade Branch with information about the offset initiative, including documentation signed and dated by the sponsor.
This schedule is to be completed when claiming a deduction for Ontario political election contributions and is applicable for political contributions to registered Ontario candidates, constituency associations, or political parties.
Notice that owner(s) of land affected, request that a drain be improved in accordance with section 78 (1) of the Drainage Act.
The form is required to initiate a new minor improvement project under the Drainage Act.
