The “Certification of Sponsorship” portion of this form must be completed by the applicant’s sponsor and submitted to the MNR as part of the application for an Apprentice Falconry Licence. Upon completion of the apprenticeship, the “Certificate of Apprenticeship” portion of this form can be completed by the Apprentice Falconry Licence holder’s sponsor. The submission of a completed Falconry Sponsor and Certification form to the MNR demonstrates the Apprentice Falconry Licence holder’s completion of the apprenticeship described in section 14 of O.Reg. 668/98: Wildlife in Captivity.
