On August 16, 2012, the Government of Ontario launched the Municipal Infrastructure Investment Initiative. As part of the initiative, funding is being made available to improve asset management planning in small municipalities and Local Services Boards (LSBs).

This form is to be used by persons who are eligible to apply and who wish to apply for registration as a voluntary participant in the cap and trade program pursuant to Part IV of O.Reg 144/16 The Cap and Trade Program Regulation made under the Climate Change Mitigation and Low-carbon Economy Act, 2016 (the “Cap and Trade Regulation”).

This form is part of the Director's Directions for Operational Plans. These directions provide instructions respecting the preparation and content of operational plans prepared by owners of municipal residential drinking water systems pursuant to subsection 16(2) of the Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002, and where otherwise required under the Act. A completed copy of this form is required to be included in every operational plan.

This form is to be used by the primary or alternate account representative (PAR or AAR) of a participant registered under the Climate Change Mitigation and Low Carbon Economy Act, 2016 to notify the Director of any changes in company or facility ownership pursuant to O. Reg 144/16 The Cap and Trade Program (Cap and Trade Regulation) made under the Climate Change Mitigation and Low Carbon Economy Act, 2016.

Establishing a Barrie Regional Innovation Centre Call for Proposals Submission Guidelines is to add a new RIC Program in Barrie, ON. Ontario’s Regional Innovation Centres (RICs) program includes a network of 16 non-profit organizations. Since the launch of the RICs program in 2010, these non-profit organizations have been dedicated to supporting regional development by helping innovative businesses start and grow.

Requirement under section 16 of the Education Act for private schools to submit a notice of intention to operate annually to the Ministry of Education by September 1. Submission of the form triggers registration for all private schools and inspection for those wishing to grant credits towards the Ontario Secondary School Diploma.
