Organizations obligated to report their compliance under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), 2005, including the Ontario Public Service, the Ontario Legislative Assembly, and designated public sector organizations, are required to complete and submit their Accessibility Compliance Report through the Accessibility Compliance Reporting Portal.
The portal allows organizations to:
• Submit an accessibility compliance report or update their organization profile,
• Access saved drafts, and
• Review previously submitted reports and updates.
Accessibility compliance reporting for businesses and non-profit organizations will be available through the portal starting in 2026.

You can no longer use the fillable PDF form to file an Estate Information Return online.

Environmental Compliance Approvals with Limited Operational Flexibility (Air & Noise) include the requirement that the Approval holder prepare a Written Summary each year. The purpose of the Written Summary is to document modifications completed over time at a Facility.

To be used by a former spouse to commence an interjurisdictional proceeding under the Divorce Act to vary a support order.
