The Aggregate Resources Act (ARA) requires all licence and permit holders to submit an annual Compliance Assessment Report to the ministry and municipalities. Regular assessment of compliance helps the licensee or permittee to stay familiar with what activities are permitted on their site.
Enhanced compliance action will not be taken before the established deadline date for any contraventions disclosed in the report. All information in this report is available for public review.

The Inclusive Community Grants (ICG) Program supports local governments, community organizations, and Indigenous groups in considering Ontarians of all ages and abilities during the different stages of community planning and development projects. Through the ICG Program, eligible organizations can receive maximum funding of up to $60,000. Section 26 of the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act, 1997 (FWCA) prohibits a person from using a dog to chase live game mammals or game birds during the closed hunting season for the purpose of teaching the dog hunting skills (training) or testing the dog’s hunting skills (field trial) unless the person has the authorization of the Minister. This application can be used to apply for an Authorization to Conduct Field Trials and Training which may be issued to authorize these activities during certain discrete periods of time outside of the hunting season for the game species being chased.
