PCS100 is to be completed by an Applicant of the Casual Part-time Policing program, and is used by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in order to obtain the necessary information required to be considered. Information collected within the PCS100 is for the purpose of initiating an employee file in relation to potential employment with the OPP, and under the authority of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, section 38(2), and the Police Services Act, sections 18 and 43.
To be used by an appointing official to terminate an appointment pursuant to sections 23 and 24 of the Interprovincial Policing Act, 2009.
For costs incurred by a hospital in performing an autopsy under a coroner's warrant. To be used by hospitals in invoicing the Office of the Chief Coroner.
To be used by a local commander to make or renew an appointment under Part III of the Interprovincial Policing Act, 2009 or to advise that a requested appointment be denied.
To be used by extra-provincial commander to apply, under urgent circumstances, for the appointment of an extra-provincial police officer as a police officer under Part II of the Interprovincial Policing Act, 2009.
To be used by an appointing official to make an appointment under Part II of the Interprovincial Policing Act, 2009 or to advise that a request for an appointment be denied.
To be used by an extra-provincial commander to apply for the appointment of an extra-provincial police officer as a police officer under Part II of the Interprovincial Policing Act, 2009.
