This return contains non-tax information collected under the authority of the Corporations Information Act for the purpose of maintaining a public database of corporate information.
All eligible employers in an associated group must enter into an agreement and complete the schedule below allocating the tax exemption for the year.
A Multiple Account Employer must complete and submit this schedule with the Annual Return of the employer's designated account.
