This form will be used to evaluate requests for the use of a specified dispersion model under s. 7 of Ontario Regulation 419/05: Air Pollution - Local Air Quality (the Regulation) made under the EPA

All owners of the “mechanical plants” should make R1 submissions. A “mechanical plant” maybe subject to a discharge limit or objective that goes beyond the “conventional” parameters listed on the R1 form. In that case, the information would be entered on the R2 form.
