This form is to be used by the primary or alternate account representative (PAR or AAR) of a participant registered under the Climate Change Mitigation and Low Carbon Economy Act, 2016 to notify the Director of any changes in company or facility ownership pursuant to O. Reg 144/16 The Cap and Trade Program (Cap and Trade Regulation) made under the Climate Change Mitigation and Low Carbon Economy Act, 2016.

To facilitate the registration of facilities into the Ontario Greenhouse Gas Emissions Performance Standards program or to provide updated registration information of facilities registered in the Ontario Greenhouse Gas Emissions Performance Standards program.

Form used to meet land disposal restrictions notification requirements with respect to eligible registered waste streams. Use of this form is only permitted if the Director has approved a request to satisfy submission requirements by using a paper document.

The Offset Initiative Registration Application is to be used by sponsors, such as individuals or entities, who wish to register or re-register a single offset initiative pursuant to Ontario Regulation 539/17, Ontario Offset Credits. It is used to provide the Director of the Cap and Trade Branch with information about the offset initiative, including documentation signed and dated by the sponsor.

Form used to register waste generation activity, identify waste streams, and help determine if a Land Disposal Restrictions Notification Form (Part 2B) is required for waste streams being registered.
