Business or Non-profit organizations obligated to report their compliance under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), 2005 must complete and submit this form.

Seniors Active Living Centre (SALC) programs promote wellness, social interaction, and education to help seniors stay active, independent, and engaged. Ontario is expanding the SALC Program in 2024-25 and inviting organizations to submit proposals to launch a new SALC program. The guidelines provide information to support organizations in completing their applications before Sept 12, 2024, at 5 p.m. ET.

The Transportation Standards Reference Guide provides information about accessibility requirements from the Transportation Standards that apply to designated public sector transportation organizations who offer conventional or specialized transportation services, according to sections 34 to 62 and section 78 of Regulation 191/11 under the AODA.

The guide Providing Accessible Emergency Information to Staff provide employers with resources that can be used to develop individualized workplace emergency response information for employees with disabilities, as required by the Employment Standards under the AODA.

The Accessible Recruitment Process form provides information to help organizations meet the needs of employees and job applicants with disabilities, and comply with sections 22 to 24 of Regulation 191/11 under the AODA.

Organizations obligated to report their compliance under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), 2005, including the Ontario Public Service, the Ontario Legislative Assembly, and designated public sector organizations, are required to complete and submit their Accessibility Compliance Report through the Accessibility Compliance Reporting Portal. The portal allows organizations to: • Submit an accessibility compliance report or update their organization profile, • Access saved drafts, and • Review previously submitted reports and updates.
