Having received the Application of an Agent or Inspector of the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals pursuant to subsection 14(1.1) of the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, for an order for the return of an animal, pursuant to subsection 14(1.1) of the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act,
I am satisfied that there are no longer reasonable grounds to believe that the animal may be harmed if returned to its owner or custodian.
