This is the application of an inspector or agent of the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
On the day of , 20 an Order was made authorizing the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals to keep in its care an animal that was removed in accordance with subsection 14(1) of the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act from (Name and Address of Owner or Custodian)
The owner or custodian of the animal was charged, in connection with the same fact situation that gave rise to the removal; or Based on the facts of this case and causes of distress to the animal there were reasonable grounds to believe that the animal may be harmed if returned to its owner or custodian.
I am satisfied that there are no longer reasonable grounds to believe that the animal may be harmed if returned to its owner or custodian.
