It is no longer appropriate in the circumstances for the appointee to be a police officer in Ontario The appointee no longer requires the powers and protections of a police officer in Ontario, has notified his or her extra-provincial commander and has provided written request that the appointment be terminated The appointee has failed to comply with the Interprovincial Policing Act, 2009 The appointee has failed to comply with a provision of the Police Services Act or a regulation made under that Act that applies to the appointee The appointee has failed to comply with a condition imposed on his or her appointment The appointee has failed to comply with a direction given to him or her by a local commander under section 21 of the Interprovincial Policing Act, 2009 The appointee has failed to act in a professional manner at all times while in Ontario
